While we were away

Madelyn had tons of fun with Gramma and Papa Jo while we were in Vegas (pics from our trip below). We really appreciate them keeping her so we could enjoy ourselves for a few days. They knew we were a little anxious about leaving her for the first time, so they sent nightly emails after Madelyn had gone to bed to give me the report for the day...and I may have called to check a few times too!

They went out to eat for every meal!

Unfortunately, it rained every single day they were here, destroying their visions of swimming and walking at the nature preserve, but they found a few fun indoor things to keep them busy...Barnes and Noble and the play area at the mall.
