Austin

This past weekend we were in Austin for my cousin's wedding. When we arrived on Friday, we hung out with family and gave Madelyn the chance to get reacquainted with everyone, then we headed to the rehearsal dinner!

I guess the hotel knew she was a big girl now, because when we arrived, they gave her a backpack full of big kid goodies!

ok, since there are sooo many pictures of Madelyn's party, I will put all the wedding pics on this posting and then do another posting for her party....

Madelyn dancing with Travis! We took her out on the dance floor also and she loved the strobe lights!!! Hopefully she will get her dance moves from her dad and not me!

Though Madelyn got very little sleep all weekend (she went to bed at 11 pm and 1 am!), she did very well. Clint did have to walk out with her halfway through the wedding ceremony...not because she was upset though, just because she kept "talking" and doesn't understand that we need her to be quiet sometimes! She kept dropping things and saying uh-oh over and over, and then as Clint was carrying her out, she continued with raaaa raaaaa! We were sitting in the back though, so I don't think she disturbed the ceremony :-)
